We spent our Xmas holidays at a hotel in the mountains. We liked the amazing views from our room, and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect, very close to the ski lifts and the town center. We also enjoyed the free parking, which made it easy for us to arrive with our car.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The heating in our room was not working properly, so we were quite cold.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help me. The location was perfect with everything just a short walk away, including great restaurants, the ski lift, and the village. The hotel facilities were amazing with clean rooms, a heated boot rack, and a spa that was perfect after a long day of skiing.
Couldn't fault.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, always available when needed but never intrusive. The location, up the hill away from all the noise in the village, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a nice balcony offering a great view. The housekeeping was exceptional, keeping everything clean and tidy. The spa facilities were a highlight, with a sauna and infra-red sauna perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The inclusion of the Lech card in the rate during summer was also a nice touch.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and indulgent experience.

Great dinner and breakfast options, and superb mountain views from the balcony. Short walk to the ski lifts and town center for convenience, and spa amenities to use after a day of skiing. Comfortable beds and clean room made for a relaxing stay.
Wifi was spotty inside the room making it difficult to work. Hair dryer in the room was inconvenient and switched off automatically.
